Hi, my name is Kaitlyn Williams. I am a doctoral occupational therapy student at Drake University. This presentation is an overview of my doctoral capstone project for occupational therapy school. I have a strong passion for education and the pediatric population which is what led to my development of this capstone project. The doctoral capstone project is google classrooms that cover occupational therapy based topics for teachers or parents/caregivers. The google classroom topics include sensory processing, fine motor skills and feeding skills. This presentation also goes over some of my other experiences at Central Rivers Area Education Agency like my work with an interception curriculum. My doctoral capstone project was done at Central Rivers Area Education Agency in Marshalltown, IA. I had the pleasure of being supervised for this project by a school based occupational therapy that helped guide me during this project and my time at Central Rivers Area Education Agency. This presentation is broken up into 5 lectures that go over the different aspects of my project. Resources are also included for your own personal use. I hope that you enjoy this presentation and if you have any questions on the information please don’t hesitate to reach out to me.
